This week Built Form Design Academy staff visited Sculpture by the Sea, Bondi 2017 – running from 19 October – 5 November. Following the 2km coastal walk from Bondi Beach to Tamarama Beach, this year the free outdoor exhibition features 100 sculptures by artists from Australia and around the world.
From its humble beginnings twenty-one years ago, the Bondi Sculpture by the Sea exhibition now claims to be the world’s largest free to the public sculpture exhibition, with visitors each year numbering in the hundreds of thousands!
The Sculpture by the Sea brand has grown to encompass a yearly exhibition in Cottesloe in Western Australia, next one which is the 13th Annual Cottesloe Exhibition, takes place 2 – 19 March 2018.
